Remote working is becoming increasingly popular in Vietnam, especially in Hội An and Đà Nẵng - the destinations known for their international cultural exchange. This has led to a rising demand for co-working spaces where people can combine travel with work. The aim of the project is to create a creative, dynamic environment that supports both productivity and relaxation. Visitors can enjoy a morning splash at the beach, have breakfast, engage in conversation with friends or colleagues, and then do remote work. In the afternoon, they can unwind with a beer right on the beach. All needs are met within a multi-functional complex that integrates various spatial programs. One of the major challenges for the design team was the adaptive reuse of the existing building. Originally designed as a restaurant, the structure had to be reprogrammed entirely to serve a new set of functions. Therefore, multiple passive design strategies were proposed, such as heat insulation and soundproofing solutions, to ensure that the space meets the client's requirements for both working and leisure.
